Purchase Sidewalk Chalk Squares

Create a brilliant work of art on a concrete canvas!  This popular event is open to artists of all ages and abilities.  Pre-registration is recommended but not required.

We provide everything that you need to create your art! The $5 registration fee includes a set of vivid oil pastel chalks. Additional supplies are available for a small fee.

Chalk Art registration fees are non-refundable after July 1. For your protection, your online registration payment will be processed through da Vinci Days' secure server. All information you submit to us, including your credit card number, will be encrypted to ensure complete safety and confidentiality.

 

WAIVER & RELEASE:
On behalf of myself, the participants of my entry, our heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, we agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Corvallis Clinic and da Vinci Days Inc., its officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, damage, costs and expenses arising out of or resulting from the intentional, deliberate, or negligent acts in the staging and implementation of the da Vinci Days Sidewalk Chalk Art event, except for that resulting from the sole negligence da Vinci Days Inc.  I agree on behalf of myself and my participants to bear full responsibility for and to fully assume all the dangers, risks, and hazards of this activity, including but not limited to any damage(s) to our own property and/or bodily injury (or death) to any of our participants.
