This is a clean, silent road race. Electrathon race vehicles run on standard car batteries. The competition is based on speed and energy use. Racers compete for the greatest number of laps around the 0.8 mile racecourse in one hour without recharging.

Our racing field typically includes twenty or more competitors.  The teams consist of drivers ranging from 16 to 66 years. Come and cheer them on!

The Friday night race Start/Finish line is adjacent to the 14th Street Festival re-entry gate. Warm up laps begin at 6 pm, and the race starts at 6:30 pm. The closed loop course runs south on 14th Street (which changes to 15th) Street between Monroe Avenue and Washington Way and winds through the OSU Campus.

The Saturday race takes place at OSU's Reser Stadium parking lot adjacent to Western Blvd, starting at 11 am.
