Cheer on our contestants in events and
contests that feature invention, engineering, and creative
inspiration. Slather on the sun screen and be prepared for a
weekend of races, parades, and high flying canines!

event.

Entek Grand Prix Electrathon
Judging and awards are a big part of
the fun. At the Friday night judging, teams run a gauntlet of
Art and Engineering judges and end their evening on the Shady
Stage, performing their required team song.

GKC Art, Engineering & Pageantry Judging
Not your typical parade! Watch a colorful cast of characters
along this 1.6 mile parade course, including Graand Kinetic
Challenge race participants, unicycles, big puppets,
jugglers, and local owners of an amazing variety
of electric powered cars.

Leo's Kinetic Parade
The Lemans start of the road race gives you a close-up view of
the racers and their costumed pit crew and entourage. Once the race
has started, festival attendees grab their own bikes and follow the
course to the sand dune obstacle, at the Benton County
Fairgrounds.

GKC Road Race & Dune Climb
Teams traverse 100 feet in thick, sticky mud before entering the
Willamette River for the last leg of the race.

Racers enter the river at the Willamette Boat Landing between
12:00 -1:30 pm and exit at 1st & Tyler between 1
- 2:30 pm. Times are fluid.
