2013 Exhibitors

3 Degrees/Blue Sky Renewable

Showcasing different types of renewable energy and providing hands-on activities and challenges.  Promoting the Blue Sky renewable energy program offered by Pacific Power and assisting people with enrolling in the program.

Abundant Solar

Check out the various solar electric systems.  Display will include solar modules, inverters, solar oven and solar water fountain.

Benton County Master Gardeners Association/OSU Extension Service

Presenting gardening information to the public and answering questions about plants and gardening in the Pacific Northwest.

Chintimini Wildlife Center

This exhibit will be hosted by a team of local environmental and educational organizations who are launching a campaign to achieve the goal of having Benton County become the first National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat Community in Oregon.  The exhibit will contain information about the program and will encourage landowners to improve wildlife habitat in their neighborhoods and get their own properties Certified through this program.  Visual displays and informational literature will be provided.

City of Corvallis

Information and planning for Healthy Streets Planning Project - City of Corvallis.

City of Corvallis Transit System (display bus will be parked outside the main gate)

Climb aboard and find out about alternative transportation options in Corvallis. Learn how to load/unload bikes on a bus.  Pick up a bus/bike/walking map and maybe some safety items (yellow bike vests, blinky lights, etc.)

Clean Air Lawn Care

Displaying a work truck with solar panel and charging system, electric lwn care equipment and other tools, etc.  Samples of organic fertilizer.  Participants will have hands-on access to solar system and electric equipment.

Corvallis-Albany Electric Vehicle Club

Check out the electric-home converted and low volume commercial vehicles.

Corvallis Environmental Center

The CEC will have information about all of our programs.  Additionally, we will have an interacitve game/activity revolving around transformation.

Corvallis Public Works - Water Conservation

Education about water conservation and pollution prevention and other facets of Public Works.
