da Vinci Days Exhibitor Guidelines and Application 2019

 

The da Vinci Days Summer Festival will be held July 19-21, 2019.  This event is a celebration of art, science, technology and innovation, and exhibitors should be able to connect their product or service back to this concept.  Attendees are admitted to the Festival at no charge; exhibitors are charged nominal fees to cover the cost of tents, tables and chairs, etc.  We hope that you will consider exhibiting and sharing your expertise and artistry!

 

Festival Overview

 

Friday July 19: Keynote Speaker at the Construction & Engineering Hall, OSU Campus.  Free admission.        Note:  no exhibits on this day

 

Saturday July 20:  Summer Festival at the Benton County Fairgrounds, to include exhibits, artists, music, food, beer, cider and wine, Graand Kinetic Sculpture events and more.  Free admission.

 

Sunday July 21:  Graand Kinetic Challenge river race and mud bog at Willamette Park.  Free admission. Note:  no exhibits on this day.

 
Saturday, July 20: 
Exhibit time:  10am-5pm
Exhibit Set Up and Teardown

Set Up:  8am-10am (large exhibits may be granted permission to set up on Friday at Festival Director’s discretion)

 

Parking: free for exhibitors; you will be sent a parking pass prior to the event.  Vehicles must be removed from the exhibit/public areas by 9:30am.

 

Power and Internet:  electricity is provided at no cost to the exhibitor; internet access is available in most locations and is provided at no cost.  Please bring your own extension cords, if needed (3-pronged/UL approved).

 

Signage:  exhibitors are responsible for providing signs to identify your booth/organization. 

 

Food and Beverage:  During the festival, food and beverage is available for purchase. We recognize that exhibitors may be spending a long day in their booth, and may bring in a small cooler with drinks and snacks.  No outside alcohol is allowed.

 

Tear Down:  5pm-7pm; we hope you’ll stay for live entertainment after the exhibits!

 
Booth Pricing:

Booth fees are based on a 10' x 10' space; larger spaces are available. 

 

Your booth fee includes space on the lawn or in the courtyard., beneath a tent or roof. Tables (8 ft.) and chairs are provided, along with power and water, if needed.

 

Please request your preferred location on the exhibitor application. We reserve the right to place your booth in an area that aligns with themes such as art, science, technology, children’s activities, etc. 

All exhibits/booth space are subject to da Vinci Days board approval.  Once approved, you will be sent an invoice with payment options (check or credit card).
