Step aside, Gatsby — the Graand Kinetic Challenge is bringing the Roaring 2020s to Corvallis with all the glitz, grit, and glorious weirdness you’d expect from our 32nd year of kinetic mayhem!
We’re tipping our hats to the fabulous Klamath Kinetic Challenge, celebrating their 20th anniversary June 20–22 with the jazzy theme, the Roaring 20s. Then mark your calendars for July 19–20 (always the 3rd weekend in July), when the streets of Corvallis transform into a Roaring 2020s style romp — complete with brass bands, fringed racers, and mud-splattered glamour.
Expect:
🎷 Speakeasy shenanigans on Friday night
🎺 DTW Street Band with hot New Orleans jazz
🚘 Vintage autos adding style and sass
👑 A mini Royal Court featuring Eugene’s reigning S.L.U.G. Queen, Corvallis Knights mascots Li’l King & Mac the Knight, and maybe even a Rutabaga Queen from Humboldt County
